WHAT’S A PROMPT?
A prompt is like a question or instruction you give to a computer program, specifically an AI (artificial intelligence). It’s like telling the AI, “Hey, can you do this for me?”
For example, with an AI like ChatGPT, you give it words (the prompt), and it gives you back more words. With something like MidJourney, you give it words or a picture (the prompt), and it can make a new picture. It can even take your words and make a movie (video sequence). As a former recording engineer and Pro Tools instructor, I have strong skills in editing, mixing, and mastering music and dialog using the industry-standard, Pro Tools and ICON D-Control mixing console.
I am certified for multiple versions of Pro Tools, have experience in SFX/VFX design, surround sound automation, and have taught Pro Tools to many producers, engineers, and musicians.
